Dagupan City – Dumalo ang higit 700 aplikante sa isinagawang Hundred Islands Job Fair with One-Stop-Shop Government Services sa lungsod Alaminos.
Ang inisyatibang ito ay alinsunod sa pagbubukas ng higit tatlong libong mga bakanteng trabaho na nasa 15 mga local companies, at overseas recruitment agencies, kasama na rin ang mga serbisyong hatid ng mga government line agencies.
Kinabibilangan naman ito ng Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Social Security System (SSS), Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Pag-ibig Fund at Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP).
Samanatala, sa daang-daang mga aplikante umabot naman sa 49 dito ay Hired on the Spot (HOTS).
Kaugnay nito, ipinaabot naman ni Alaminos City Mayor Arth Bryan C. Celeste, ang kaniyang taos-pusong pasasalamat sa lahat ng mga nakiisa sa programa, kasama ang lahat ng local companies, overseas recruitment agencies, at jobseekers.
